Tax Litigation
The Tax Litigation Department has represented municipalities and property owners in a wide variety of property tax appeals before the Michigan Tax Tribunal. The department has handled numerous large complex commercial and industrial tax appeals involving millions of dollars. Members of the department also aggressively represent taxpayers in various tax disputes before the Michigan Tax Tribunal, the United States District Courts and the United States Tax Court.
