Patient privacy, discrimination, patient abuse, harassment, false claims, wage and hour, employee safety... the list can go on and on. A solid procedural foundation can be established to be timely, thorough, efficient and effective when conducting internal investigations, no matter who makes the complaint and what the complaint is about.
